The Axle Exchange
offers remanufactured manual flywheels on an exchange basis. All flywheels
are fully cleaned and inspected. They are measured for minimum
thickness before and after machining. Ring gears are inspected and replaced
as needed. Dowel pins are removed and replaced — never machined off or not
reinstalled. Step style flywheels are re-cut to the proper OEM dimension.
The step heights are maintained with a Digital Depth Micrometer. Finally the
flywheels are painted on the rough side and the machined side is coated with
